Senior Consultant

ICP Search | Brighton, England | Hybrid | Full-time

ICP is entering an exciting new chapter: a new brand, our 25th anniversary, a sharpened focus on the modern sports ecosystem, and the launch of our Australian office.

As we grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Consultant to join our Brighton team and build a successful executive-search career at the centre of sport.

This is an opportunity for an established recruiter or executive-search professional who wants genuine ownership of their market, access to an established global network, and the backing of a collaborative, ambitious team.

The opportunity

You will work across one or more of ICP’s core focus areas:

  • Clubs, Leagues, Rights Holders & Federations
  • Sporting, Performance & Medical
  • Venues, Events & Live Experience
  • Media, Content & Fan Platforms
  • Technology, Data & Innovation
  • Women’s Sport

We are particularly keen to meet people with experience of, or a genuine connection to, the sports ecosystem. We are also open to exceptional executive-search professionals from adjacent sectors who bring the commercial ability, credibility and curiosity to build a market in sport.

What you’ll do

  • Win, lead and deliver senior-level executive-search mandates across one or more specialist markets.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, candidates and senior decision-makers across the global sports ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute a clear business-development strategy for your sector, function or geography.
  • Own the full search lifecycle, from client briefing and market mapping through to candidate engagement, shortlist, interviews, offer management and completion.
  • Build a visible market presence through networking, sector insight, content and purposeful relationship development.
  • Work closely with colleagues across research, delivery and leadership to deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience.
  • Contribute ideas and energy to ICP’s rebrand, international expansion and continued growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
