SEO & GEO Sr. Executive
We're looking for a communicative, creative, SEO & GEO Sr. Executive to drive and own performance, manage client relationships, and help shape AI-led search visibility (and channel synergy) across our portfolio. You'll contribute to the development of strategy and own execution across SEO as well as the emerging surfaces of AI search, and developing the synergy between these disciplines alongside social search. This is a highly collaborative, on-site role, with 4 days/week in office (Tu-Fr).
If you are passionate about being part of a team, driving performance and client growth, and building relationships, then we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will have exposure across the spectrum: from content, to social, CRO and UX, SEO and GEO. Our team can teach what you do not know, but you must have the drive to learn and the aptitude to apply new knowledge. This role is perfect for you if you are excited about where organic search as a channel is heading to - we have the internal teams and expertise to turn your ideas into real strategy and measurable growth. If your agency is stuck in the past, then apply now.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Strategy, Ownership & Account Growth
- Own organic search performance and execution across a portfolio of client accounts
- Develop and deliver strategies that connect traditional SEO, AI-led search visibility and social search
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, including expansion into content, digital PR, CRO, UX and AI search
- Build trusted client relationships through expertise, communication and measurable results
- Take responsibility for your accounts, spotting opportunities and solving problems rather than waiting to be told what to do
Search Strategy & Execution
- Hands-on delivery across technical SEO, content, on-page, off-page, digital PR and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Develop recommendations across emerging AI search surfaces, including AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT and Perplexity
- Understand how traditional search, AI discovery and social search increasingly interact, and identify opportunities to build visibility across the full discovery journey
- Apply a sharp, practical understanding of E-E-A-T to build visibility, authority and credibility that search engines and AI systems can trust
- Work with structured data, entity signals, schema markup and other emerging approaches to improve how brands are understood and surfaced
- Understand how CRO and UX decisions influence organic performance, and confidently identify where search, experience and conversion strategy intersect

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
