Our Senior Experience Designers craft digital experiences people love to use. They are collaborators and innovators who thrive in multidisciplinary teams, can start from a blank page and help realize the vision for a great experience, and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty making that vision a reality.

Responsibilities

Our experience runs the gamut from site to mobile, eCom to campaign, marketing to editorial to product, with one foot in beautiful visual expressions and the other in rock-solid user experience. At heart we are designers who love creating new, meaningful experiences and are well versed in the practice of modern digital experience creation.

  • (Not so) basic prototyping capabilities
  • Ability to think holistically through user flows and other experience models
  • Experience in creating, evolving and maintaining design systems
  • Ability to annotate complex interactions
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Adobe CC
  • Complete comfort sketching, posting, and riffing with your cross-capability team
  • The ability to execute, organize, and defend the work with informed opinions and design rationale
  • Comfort self-organizing your work and time, seeking direction when needed
  • Curiosity for (or deep immersion in) the technology of modern experiences
  • Bonus points for experience in discovery-based activities, user research and agile processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
