Ready to shape the player experience of a new online casino product from the ground up?
We're looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our growing Digital Customer Experience team and take ownership of the end-to-end player journey across a brand-new digital gaming platform.
This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning, helping define the experience, design principles, and customer journeys that will underpin a product with international ambitions. You'll work at the intersection of customer experience, product strategy, research, and design, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, engaging, and commercially effective.
About The Role
As a Senior Experience Designer, you'll own the end-to-end player experience across key customer journeys, from registration and onboarding through to gameplay and player retention.
You Will
- Design and optimise customer journeys across onboarding, game discovery, gameplay, and player lifecycle experiences.
- Lead user research and discovery activities, turning player insights into actionable design improvements.
- Design high-impact experiences where trust, compliance, and user experience are equally important.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Design teams to shape product direction.
- Help establish design culture, principles, and ways of working within a growing digital team.

About You
You're an experienced UX or Product Designer who thrives in complex environments and loves solving customer problems through research-driven design.
You'll Bring
- 4–6 years' experience in UX, Product Design, or Experience Design.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end customer journeys and experiences.
- Strong user research skills, with the ability to independently plan, conduct, and synthesise research.
- Excellent UX writing and conversational design capability.
- Experience working in regulated or complex industries such as iGaming, fintech, or similar.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Experience designing online gaming or casino products.
- Exposure to multi-brand digital products.
- Experience working within fast-moving, early-stage digital businesses.
