Major Players is building a pool of senior experiential and brand experience creatives across beauty, fashion and lifestyle for clients hiring in the coming months.

Required Skills

  • Strong conceptual and hands-on creative ownership, from brief to on-site delivery
  • Confident directing materials, finishes and physical production
  • A portfolio showing full-cycle work: from sketch-up concept, to mood boards or decks, and finished physical output
  • Comfortable presenting concepts to clients, whether that's supporting a deck or leading the room
  • Comfortable working across multiple live projects at pace

  • 3-8+ years' experience in a creative/design role at an experiential, events or brand activation agency
  • Comfortable managing or mentoring team members
  • Confident leading pitches and selling concepts directly to clients, for candidates at the senior end
  • Experience across beauty, fashion or lifestyle brand work is a plus
