About Us

Quantlmed Ltd is a specialist UK-based consulting company transforming drug discovery through quantitative methods. We apply advanced PKPD modelling, systems pharmacology, and quantitative analysis to answer the most complex pharmaceutical questions.

Our work spans the entire drug development spectrum, from early pre-clinical concepts through to clinical decision-making. We partner with leading pharmaceutical organisations and biotechs to unlock the power of data-driven science, enabling smarter drug discovery decisions and faster paths to market.

The Role

As a Senior Expert Modeller, you'll be at the heart of delivering cutting-edge quantitative solutions. You'll work collaboratively with our project leads, internal QM teams, and external clients to build and apply sophisticated models that drive drug discovery strategy.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and delivering technical models and solutions that address real-world drug discovery challenges
  • Population PKPD modelling to predict drug behaviour across diverse patient populations
  • Translational science bridging preclinical and clinical data
  • Physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modelling for dose optimisation and prediction
  • Systems pharmacology to understand complex drug–target interactions
  • Collaborating with project leads and clients to define, scope, and execute quantitative analyses
  • Contributing expert technical input across the QM portfolio
  • Publication and presentation of scientific findings at conferences and in peer-reviewed journals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
