This role is an amazing opportunity for a senior Facade specialist with a track record of overcoming technical challenges and producing innovative solutions. Applying your knowledge gained via designing, engineering or consulting on Facade projects from enquiry through concept stage development to final implementation. Utilising state of the art technologies and materials to achieve safe, sustainable, aesthetic, functional facades.

- Facade consultancy experience
- Review manufacture processes and factory testing
- Selecting of Facade material
- Working knowledge of British Standards and Eurocodes
- Project lead experience
Expertise:
- Communicate façade designs with clients’ and contractors and sub-contractors
- Specification writing
- Report writing and professional presentation
- Producing Technical Submittals
- Review of sub-contractors Technical Submittals
- Expertise in a different façade materials
- Taking designs from concept to construction

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- MSc in Facade Engineering (Advantageous)
- UK Driving License
