Job Title: Part-Time Senior Facilities Assistant
Are you an experienced facilities co-ordinator? Do you have experience building strong relationships with contractors? Do you enjoy getting involved in the day-to-day operation of a site? If you’ve answered yes, then you could be the right person to join the team as a Part-Time Senior Facilities Assistant in our Saltcoats office, KA21.
What you can expect as a Senior Facilities Co-ordinator:
- Salary: Up to £15,427.80 (£27,000 FTE)
- Position: Part-Time, Permanent
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am – 2pm (can be flexible)
- Location: Office based

Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as main point of contact for contractors and coordinating visits.
- Identify, monitor and manage planned and reactive maintenance.
- Support day-to-day facilities, ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained environment.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve facilities-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and compliant record of activities and contractor attendance.

Requirements:
- Experience working within facilities or building services.
- Strong contractor management skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving and day-to-day facilities support.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications, with strong administration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards.
