Senior Facilities Coordinator (Workplace Experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Line-manage, mentor, and motivate the reception team, driving a high-performing culture rooted in warmth, polish, and discretion.
  • Oversee daily desk coverage, shift rotas, on-boarding, and ongoing training to maintain seamless service delivery at all times.
  • Establish and coach the team on premium hospitality touch points from intuitive greeting protocols and executive switchboard handling to immaculate lobby presentation.
  • Ensure end-to-end guest excellence, overseeing tailored concierge requests, executive dining arrangements, and smooth visitor access protocols.
  • Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders, partner closely with vendors, oversee office supplies, and coordinate meeting spaces and equipment care.
  • Enforce property security and emergency protocols while producing tailored, brand-compliant client materials.
  • Identify and resolve everyday operational challenges efficiently, selecting the best solutions from established procedures.

  • Solid experience in facilities, workplace operations, or premium corporate front-of-house services.
