SENIOR FACILITIES MANAGER – £52,000

Anabas is a dynamic National Facilities Management company supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to provide an exceptional client experience for one of our prestigious global clients.

Location:

Paddington and Brentford, London

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time, permanent position
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (40 hrs)
  • Salary: £52,000 per annum

YOU WILL:

  • Act as the first point of contact between the client and Anabas.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, ownership, and responsibility.
  • Ideally have a hard services focus, supporting the CAPEX plan.
  • Coordinate the engineering team and subcontractors.
  • Take overall responsibility for facilities management service delivery.
  • Lead and manage two Workplace Coordinators.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of Anabas staff on site.
  • Monitor and coordinate the supplier team.
  • Ensure consistent, high-level service delivery.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement change.
  • Ensure customer service is at the heart of FM services.
  • Ensure operational statutory compliance and completion of PPM works.
  • Deal with reactive situations and manage incident reports.
  • Manage all P&L matters relating to the client contract, billing model, and ACW works.

REQUIREMENT:

  • You must either have a non-frontline SIA licence, or the ability to pass BS7858 vetting for a non-frontline SIA licence, due to management of a security team across the sites.
