Senior Facilities Manager
A leading UK property organisation is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to elevate technical services, strengthen contractor performance, and drive energy-efficiency improvements across a multi-site portfolio.
This is a high-impact role for someone with a technical mindset, strong FM experience, and the confidence to lead, influence, and improve service delivery at scale.
Ideally looking for someone with technical knowledge, who is able to lead a team across a large portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing technical services, planned/reactive maintenance, and contractor performance
- Supporting and developing AFMs while acting as a key liaison across sites
- Leading the organisation’s energy management strategy, reducing consumption and carbon output
- Managing capital expenditure planning, project tracking, and building upgrades
- Conducting audits, surveys, and quality assurance to maintain compliance and standards
- Driving SLA performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the estate

What You’ll Bring:
- Experience as an Area FM or similar multi-site role
- Strong understanding of M&E contract management
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and improve processes
- Experience managing contractors, compliance, and service delivery
