About the Role
Day-to-day operational services, coordination of all business management functions and customer services, including environmental, financial, commercial and operational results. Supplier management, hard and soft services. CBRE SLA/KPI requirements. People management of peers. Support and coordinate UK Extra Works programs.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with the client organisation and act as the primary FM contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction against agreed KPIs.
- Manage laboratory environments to ensure temperature and humidity-controlled conditions are maintained, working closely with the Lab Management team.
- Lead and support team members, suppliers, and contractors to deliver high-quality Hard FM, Soft FM, and contracted services.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, Security, and legislative requirements, including management of site compliance documentation, audits, inspections, accident reporting, and emergency procedures.
- Drive operational excellence through performance management, quality assurance, continuous improvement initiatives, and implementation of best practice processes.
- Manage FM operations including CMMS/IFM work order systems, service request allocation, SLA delivery, purchasing processes, SOX compliance, and supplier performance.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain FM, Extra Works, and Project budgets, working closely with Finance and Contract Support teams to ensure accurate billing and cost control.
- Provide accurate reporting and management information to both CBRE and client stakeholders, including client reviews, performance reports, and escalation management.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring effective delivery of maintenance, PPM, reactive works, and subcontractor services.
- Coordinate business management functions and administration, maintaining accurate and auditable records for all works undertaken.
- Collaborate with wider UK client locations and account teams to ensure consistency of service delivery, processes, and standards.
- Identify commercial opportunities to enhance service delivery and contribute to improved financial performance.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar Facilities Management role with responsibility for client, supplier, and team management.
- Demonstrable people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Environmental, and compliance best practices.
- Experience managing contractors, suppliers, service delivery, and performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Good financial acumen with budget management experience.
- Strong understanding of contracts, supplier negotiations, and procurement processes.
- Experience working with CMMS/work order management systems.
- Fully PC literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, solve problems, and work effectively on own initiative.
- Engineering, Technical, or Facilities Management qualification advantageous.
What You'll Need
