We're looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations at one of London's newest commercial office developments!

You'll take ownership of a landmark multi-tenanted office building in the heart of the City, leading the on-site team and helping shape the operational standards, occupier experience and culture from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to join a building at launch stage and play a key role in establishing it as one of London's premier workplace destinations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the day-to-day management of the property and all associated facilities services
  • Managing occupier relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Leading contractor performance and ensuring service partners consistently deliver against agreed standards
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets and expenditure
  • Driving sustainability, wellbeing and occupier engagement initiatives
  • Managing and developing the on-site Facilities Assistant and wider service partners
  • Producing client reports and performance data
  • Supporting the mobilisation and ongoing operation of the building as new occupiers are onboarded

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
