Role: Senior Facilities Manager
Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious global clients at two of their sites near Edgware Road and in Brentford, London. You will be in a client-facing role and required to provide a 5-star customer experience.
Responsibilities
As the Facilities Manager, you will be the first point of contact that the client has with Anabas. It is critical that the job holder demonstrates professionalism, ownership, and responsibility for attending to the client’s needs on site. Ideally, you will be hard services focused as you will be supporting the delivery of the CAPEX plan and the coordination of the engineering team and sub-contractors to complete PPM's and reactive work. You will have total responsibility for the service delivery of facilities management, with two workplace coordinators reporting to you.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of Anabas staff on site.
- Monitor and coordinate the supplier team.
- Ensure a consistent and high-level service delivery.
- Identify areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes; implementing change as required.
- Ensure customer service is at the heart of the way the FM services are delivered.
- Work closely with the on-site teams to ensure all aspects of performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in a safe manner.
- Ensure operational statutory compliance and completion of PPM works on site.
- Deal with reactive situations and manage incident reports as necessary.
- Manage all P&L matters relating to the client contract, billing model and ACW works.

You must either have non front-line SIA licence, or the ability to pass vetting (BS7858) for a non front-line SIA licence, due to management of a security team across the sites.
Job Details
This is a full-time, permanent position. (Monday to Friday 0830-1730 - 40 hrs per week).
