Oculus are working with a well-established, national law firm seeking a highly experienced Family Solicitor to join their private family team.

This is a senior opportunity for an individual with strong expertise in privately funded family law matters, particularly high-value financial remedy work.

This role would suit a confident, self-sufficient solicitor who is comfortable running a complex caseload independently while also playing an active role in business development and client relationship building.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ PQE in Family Law
  • Strong background in private family work
  • Extensive experience in divorce and financial remedy matters
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value cases
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Membership of Resolution
  • Family Law accreditation or equivalent recognition
  • Established network of professional referrers
  • Experience mentoring junior lawyers
