Senior Family Solicitor | 5+ PQE, partnership opportunity | Brighton, Sussex

The Opportunity
You’ll manage a sophisticated family law caseload:
- Divorce and separation for high-net-worth individuals
- Complex financial remedy proceedings with substantial assets
- High-net-worth and complex asset cases
- Children matters and family law disputes
- Cohabitation disputes
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

About You
- Senior Family Solicitor, 5+ PQE, likely at Associate or Senior Associate level, or an existing Family Partner
- Able to manage matters independently with genuine judgment
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commercially aware and interested in business development
- Collaborative and proactive approach
- Resolution membership and/or Collaborative Law training (advantageous)
