Dudley Children's Service is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Family Time Worker to lead the day-to-day operation of our Family Time Service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring children can safely maintain meaningful relationships with their families through high-quality supervised family time arrangements.
You will be supervising a team of Family Time Workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, child-focused supervised family time sessions. You'll work closely with social workers, foster carers and partner agencies, providing leadership, safeguarding oversight and operational management.

Requirements
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong understanding of safeguarding
- Excellent communication skills
- Level 3 NVQ qualification (or equivalent)
