About Kaiia The Label
Kaiia The Label is a fast-growing, trend-led fashion brand redefining accessible style for a new generation. Known for bold, feminine pieces and a strong digital presence, we’re expanding globally — and wholesale is a key part of that journey.
The Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven and trend-focused Wholesale Buyer to help scale our wholesale offering. You’ll curate standout product ranges for our retail partners, ensuring every collection reflects Kaiia’s DNA while delivering strong commercial performance.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where product instinct meets data-driven decision making.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Curate and build seasonal wholesale collections aligned with Kaiia’s brand and customer
- Identify key trends, bestsellers, and new opportunities within wholesale markets
- Use sales data and market insights to inform buying decisions and maximise performance
- Collaborate with wholesale partners to understand their customers and tailor product assortments
- Support sell-in meetings and presentations with product recommendations
- Work closely with design and suppliers to develop exclusive or adapted ranges for wholesale
- Monitor product performance and refine future selections
- Partner cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and marketing to ensure cohesive launches

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a Buying within fashion (womenswear/fast fashion preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness with a data-led mindset
- A sharp eye for trends and deep understanding of the Kaiia customer
- Experience working with wholesale accounts or multi-channel retail
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment
