About the Role

As a Senior Feasibility Specialist at ICON, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing the feasibility of clinical trials, ensuring they are well-planned and positioned for success.

What You Will Do

You will lead on clinical research tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting in-depth feasibility assessments for clinical trials, including evaluating site capabilities, resource availability, and potential risks.
  • Collaborating with clinical operations teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze data relevant to trial feasibility.
  • Preparing comprehensive feasibility reports and recommendations to support project planning and decision-making processes.
  • Analyzing historical data and site performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges impacting trial feasibility.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical sites, investigators, and external partners.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to clinical trial feasibility and planning.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior feasibility team members and contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the team.

Your Profile

You will have a strong foundation in clinical research, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
  • Extensive experience in clinical trial feasibility assessments, with a deep understanding of clinical research processes and site management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in handling multiple feasibility projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software relevant to feasibility assessments and clinical research.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15%)
