When our values align, there's no limit to what we can achieve.
At Parexel, we all share the same goal - to improve the world's health. From clinical trials to regulatory, consulting, and market access, every clinical development solution we provide is underpinned by something special - a deep conviction in what we do.
Each of us, no matter what we do at Parexel, contributes to the development of a therapy that ultimately will benefit a patient. We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference.
The (Senior) Feasibility & Strategy Leader (FSL / sFSL) acts as a key contributor to the proposal team to support Parexel in winning new business. Working independently, the FSL is responsible for delivering, in collaboration with Integrated Solutions Director and Patient Recruitment Strategy (PRS), an optimized patient-focused, risk informed strategic solution that delivers the right countries, right sites, and right patients and is operationally deliverable. This therapy aligned role supports all types and phases of study pursuits, including programs.
The person in this role must demonstrate excellent communication ability, strategic thinking, independent decision-making competency and have a track record working in a fast-paced, time pressured environment. Strong analytical and persuasive, client-focused writing skills are a pre-requisite to the job to allow the FSL to fully adopt a consistent data-driven approach to feasibility and deliver clear, concise, selling proposal messages both in text and in client meetings.
Key Accountabilities:

Identify site and patient barriers and motivators to participate in this study. This should be discussed with the study assigned MD for confirmation or questions and leveraging available data sources such as RWD or data generated in collaboration with the patient insights team.
- Determine and operationalize relevant pre-award feasibility activities: Evaluate and deploy fit-for-purpose activities to support and/or back-up Parexel strategic delivery plan to conduct the trial in order to positively influence Sponsor award decision. For mega studies or partnership programs, this may include leading pilots for innovative feasibility approaches and/or leading feasibility team to deliver multiple services in parallel.

- Lead the development of an integrated operational strategy: Develop evidence-based strategy to successfully recruit patients for clinical trials and deliver enrolment scenarios aligned to the agreed strategy utilizing available modeling tools and techniques.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
