Known for delivering exceptional hospitality projects worldwide including hotels, bars, restaurants, and members’ clubs, a renowned architecture and interiors studio in London is looking for a Senior FF&E Designer to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a key role across all stages of the design process from early concept development to final delivery, ensuring that all FF&E is sourced, specified, ordered, and delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the design brief. The role involves close collaboration with interior designers, clients, suppliers, and contractors, while also mentoring and developing junior and mid-level FF&E designers to maintain the highest standards of design quality.
Package & Perks:
- Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage FF&E across projects, ensuring all specifications, deliveries, and installations meet design intent, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, clients, suppliers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, design-led outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior and middleweight FF&E designers, assisting with recruitment and professional development.
- Prepare and manage project costs, purchase orders, specification sheets, and control documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Support new business activities, including pitch preparation, client presentations, and ensuring scope changes are captured and communicated effectively.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or Architecture with a minimum of 8 years experience.
- Proven experience sourcing, specifying, and managing high-end FF&E across multiple interior sectors, including bespoke projects.
- Strong technical skills in MS Word, Excel, InDesign; experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software is desirable.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
