About the Role
A leading international interior design studio is seeking an experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join its London team, working on exceptional luxury hospitality projects across the globe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly creative designer who thrives on delivering beautifully curated interiors for prestigious clients, from concept through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of high-end FF&E packages, leading projects while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
- Work on bespoke furniture, decorative lighting, artwork, antiques, and accessories, ensuring every project is executed to the highest standard.
- Prepare presentations and mood boards.
- Develop detailed specifications and schedules.
- Manage budgets and procurement.
- Oversee project delivery from design through to completion.

Requirements
- Significant experience delivering luxury hospitality and residential interiors, ideally within internationally recognised design studios.
- Outstanding FF&E knowledge.
- Strong supplier relationships.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Confidence to manage high-profile clients.
- Background in bespoke furniture design, specification writing, project management, and procurement.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
