Overview
Louise Bradley Design Studio is a fast-paced, London-based, internationally recognised, and highly regarded interior design and interior architecture practice, providing turn-key services to discerning clients in the luxury residential market. Projects range in size and complexity and are located across the world.
As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking to recruit a talented Senior FF&E Designer to join our London-based team and play a key role in the delivery of prestigious luxury interior projects. Excellent attention to detail is a must and a strong creative approach to FF&E processes is required. Previous experience of Estimac is essential and good knowledge of Vectorworks is desired as this role covers all elements of the design process.
The Role
The Senior FF&E Designer will lead the creative development, specification, and delivery of furniture, fixtures, decorative lighting, art, accessories, and bespoke joinery elements across multiple high-end residential projects. Working closely with the Founder, Directors, Interior Architects, Procurement Team, and external suppliers, you will bring exceptional design vision, technical knowledge, and project leadership to every stage of the design process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FF&E design process from concept through to installation.
- Develop and present creative FF&E schemes that reflect the studio's luxury aesthetic and client aspirations.
- Source and specify furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, artwork, accessories, and bespoke pieces.
- Produce comprehensive FF&E specification packages, schedules, and presentations.
- Manage supplier relationships and liaise with manufacturers, artisans, and specialist vendors.
- Oversee budgets and monitor FF&E costs throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate with interior architects and project teams to ensure seamless integration of design intent.
- Conduct site visits and attend installations to ensure the highest standards of execution.
- Mentor and support junior designers within the FF&E team.
- Stay informed of emerging design trends, materials, and luxury market developments.

About You
- Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience in luxury residential interior design with a strong FF&E focus.
- Proven experience delivering high-end private residential projects in the UK and/or internationally.
- Exceptional knowledge of luxury furniture, fabrics, finishes, decorative lighting, and bespoke craftsmanship.
- Strong design sensibility with a refined eye for colour, texture, proportion, and detail.
- Proficient in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience preparing detailed FF&E specifications and schedules.
- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities, taking projects through to installation and handover.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Passionate about luxury design and committed to delivering excellence.

Requirements
- Proven experience of 5 - 7 years in High End Luxury Interior Design, running multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous client-facing experience.
- Proficient in Estimac or EstiPC and Vectorworks, or willingness to move to VW from AutoCad.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
This role will be full-time and based in our Design Studio in Knightsbridge.
