THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join a leading global design studio, working across exciting high-end F&B, spa and large-scale hotel projects internationally.
You’ll take a high level of responsibility across multiple projects, leading the FF&E design process while mentoring and supporting the wider team from concept through to completion.
- Lead projects from concept through to completion
- Develop and communicate the creative vision alongside Directors and Associates
- Provide strong design and technical direction to the project team
- Lead design research, particularly during concept development
- Coordinate closely with the Interior Design team
- Lead communication with clients, operators, consultants and contractors
- Participate in client presentations
- Oversee presentations, drawing packages, specifications and schedules
- Delegate work effectively and support the team’s development and growth
- Mentor team members and help maintain a high standard of design output

ABOUT YOU
- 6+ years’ experience across design and design project management
- Experience across high-end F&B, spas and/or large-scale hotel developments
- Strong knowledge of interior architecture, furniture and product design
- Strong technical and construction knowledge
- Confident managing and mentoring a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong eye for colour, materials, composition and form
- Creative problem solver with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
