About The Role:
Our client is an established interior design studio delivering high-profile projects across the luxury hospitality sector, with a portfolio spanning hotels, F&B, spas and other large-scale developments. Their work is recognised for its considered approach to design, bringing together distinctive concepts, exceptional materials and carefully crafted details.
They are now looking for a Senior FF&E Designer to join their team and take a leading role across a range of exciting projects. Working closely with senior leadership, clients and external consultants, you will be responsible for helping shape the FF&E vision and driving projects through the design process.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience within interior design and project management, ideally gained across luxury hospitality, F&B, spa or hotel projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of FF&E projects from conception through to completion across all relevant project stages
- Work alongside directors and associates to develop and communicate the creative vision
- Lead design research, particularly during concept development, and continually strive to elevate design quality
- Provide design and technical direction to the project team
- Coordinate with clients, operators, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
- Participate in client presentations and represent the studio confidently and professionally
- Mentor and support team members, helping to develop their design skills and professional capabilities
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience across design and design project management, ideally within high-end hospitality, F&B, spas or large-scale hotel projects
- Strong passion and knowledge of interior architecture, interior design, furniture and product design
- Excellent eye for colour, materials, composition and form
- Excellent managerial, presentation and communication skills
- Confident and diplomatic communicator with experience working with clients, consultants, contractors and wider project teams
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office
