An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join a highly respected luxury interior design studio delivering exceptional hospitality and ultra-prime residential projects.
You'll lead the FF&E design process across multiple prestigious schemes, overseeing specifications, mentoring junior designers and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest design standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead FF&E packages from concept through installation.
- Produce and oversee detailed specifications and schedules.
- Source bespoke furniture, lighting, fabrics and finishes.
- Present schemes internally and to clients.
- Mentor junior FF&E designers and allocate workloads.
- Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers and procurement teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within programme and budget.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout every stage.

Requirements
- Approximately 10 years' experience in luxury FF&E design.
- Strong hospitality and/or luxury residential experience.
- Proven ability to deliver projects from concept through completion.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury suppliers and bespoke furniture.
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
- Outstanding presentation and specification skills.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Passion for creating refined, highly detailed interiors.
