Senior Fibre Expert, Field Sales - Connect Fibre
£30k + £3k Car Allowance + Limitless Commission + Bonus + Benefits
Staffordshire and Derbyshire Region Field Based
Connect Fibre is an exciting fibre broadband business offering the very latest ‘Full Fibre’ to homes and businesses across the nation. With broadband speeds of up to 2000 Mbps, new Wi-Fi 7 technology, exceptional customer service, and costing no more than current internet packages, our product sells itself!
We now seek a dynamic, ambitious individual to lead our Field Sales Team.
The Role
As Senior Fibre Expert, you will be responsible for coaching and motivating the Regional Field Sales Team. Your role is pivotal in shaping the team’s success by providing guidance, training, and support to team members, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring exceptional standards when selling to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management:
- Be the face of Connect Fibre and generate sales and interest in your area
- Guide and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives
- Conduct regular team meetings to set clear goals, share best practices, and address any challenges
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in monitoring team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and sales outcomes
- Network, host and contribute to events in your area

Sales Performance:
- Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Analyse sales metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Support the team in identifying and closing sales opportunities
- Execute agreed sales strategies that align with company culture and goals
- Reach-out to communities and show them the incredible benefits of our product and how it will enhance their lives
- Deliver Broadband consultations to customers and upsell
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs within the team and organize training sessions
- Onboard new team members, ensuring they are supported to quickly become effective in their roles
Reporting:
- Monitor team performance, sales forecasts, and other key metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and team performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
The Candidate
We’re looking for Salespeople who want to become experts in Broadband Sales. You will have proven experience in face-to-face selling in one more of the following industries: Broadband, Telecoms, Media, Charities, or Utilities with a deep understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
Specifically, you will have the following:
- Strong people skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team to achieve high performance
- Enjoy direct selling and finding solutions for customers
- Confident, professional, polite, and happy working individually and in a team
- Happy with door-to-door sales
- A passion for our life-changing product and service
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Field/door to door sales experience
- Possess a car and have a full clean driving licence (All business mileage paid)
