Senior Field Account Executive
Hospitality Technology & SaaS
Location: London / Field-Based
Salary: Up to £75,000 Base + Up to £50,000 Commission + Travel Allowance
About the Role
We're partnering with a rapidly growing technology business that is expanding its commercial team in London following continued success across the hospitality sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential territory, working directly with hospitality operators to help them improve efficiency, drive growth and maximise the value of innovative technology solutions. You'll manage the full sales cycle while building long-term relationships with decision-makers across the market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full sales process from initial engagement through to negotiation and close.
- Building and developing relationships with hospitality businesses across the London market.
- Identifying new business opportunities and creating strategic territory plans.
- Delivering product demonstrations and presenting tailored solutions to prospective customers.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline and accurately forecasting sales performance.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Representing the business at networking events and industry functions.
- Sharing market insights and customer feedback to support wider business growth.

What We're Looking For
- Proven success within field sales, business development or SaaS sales environments.
- Experience managing consultative, solution-led sales cycles.
- Strong new business development and territory management capability.
- A track record of exceeding commercial targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage opportunities and pipeline activity.
- Hospitality sector experience would be advantageous.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
