Senior Field Account Executive

London | On-site Field Working
£75,000 base + commission (£100,000+ OTE)

A global technology business is growing its hospitality sales team and is looking for a Senior Field Account Executive to take ownership of the London territory.

This is a genuine field sales role. You’ll spend your time in the market, meeting hospitality owners and operators, developing relationships, generating new business and building a strong pipeline across your territory. This is about being out in front of customers and prospects, not sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.

The role

  • Own and develop a defined London territory, identifying and creating new business opportunities
  • Spend significant time face-to-face with hospitality businesses, building relationships with owners and senior decision makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close
  • Build your own pipeline through outbound activity, networking and local market engagement
  • Understand the London hospitality market and identify where the strongest commercial opportunities exist
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, connecting technology to genuine business outcomes
  • Manage a mixture of high-velocity and more complex sales opportunities
  • Take ownership of your territory, pipeline and revenue performance
  • Represent the business at hospitality events and within the local market

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
