Description
Booksy is the leading booking and business management platform for the beauty and wellness industry, operating at the intersection of high-value transactional B2B SaaS and consumer marketplaces.
This role puts you front and center of Booksy’s expansion in our key strategic growth market: the US. As a Senior Field Marketing Lead, your primary mandate is to drive provider acquisition through high-impact field activations, industry trade shows, ambassador relationships, and social selling community initiatives.
Reporting directly to the US Country Manager US, you will own US provider acquisition on the ground, executing strategies that bring Booksy directly to barbers, hair stylists, nail technicians, and estheticians. You will work hand-in-hand with US Sales leadership to dominate trade shows, activate regional campaigns, cultivate an active local ambassador network, and establish social selling strategies that turn grass-roots engagement into sustained market growth.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Event Marketing Execution
- Field & Community Activations: Design and execute Booksy’s US field strategy, building hyper-local brand presence in key metropolitan areas through salon and barbershop drop-ins, local meetups, and grassroots community outreach.
- Trade Shows & Industry Expos: Lead end-to-end event execution and logistics for major beauty and barbering expos (e.g., Premiere Orlando, IBS), driving high volume merchant leads and live platform sign-ups.
- Local Sales Partnerships: Partner with US Sales teams to execute co-marketing initiatives with regional beauty supply distributors, product brands, and beauty schools to drive qualified leads.
- Category Adaptation: Tailor field activations and messaging to distinct verticals, you know how to adapt your approach to attract a barber in Texas to Booksy vs. a nail artist in Miami.
Ambassadors, Community & Social Selling
- Ambassador/Influencer Relationships: Recruit, build, and nurture relationships with influential beauty professionals, barbers, and stylists to act as Booksy brand champions.
- Social Selling & Community Building: Establish and cultivate local online and offline provider communities. Develop social selling toolkits and playbooks that empower ambassadors and sales reps to convert peer networks into active platform users.
- Peer-to-Peer Referrals: Leverage ambassador relationships and community programs to feed local referral loops and affiliate initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
