🚀 Senior Field Marketing Manager – UKI

đź’° ÂŁ49.83 per hour PAYE + up to 28 days paid holiday
🏠 Remote

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead field marketing strategy and execution across key UK & Ireland industry sectors for a leading global enterprise technology organisation.

This is a senior, commercially focused role where you’ll partner closely with Sales leadership and wider Marketing teams to develop integrated programmes that create demand, accelerate pipeline and drive measurable revenue impact.

The Role

You’ll act as the key marketing partner to the UKI sales organisation, taking ownership of field marketing strategy across Retail, Hospitality, Transportation and Manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the UKI field marketing strategy, aligned with regional and global priorities
  • Creating integrated programmes that generate and accelerate pipeline and revenue
  • Delivering ABM campaigns, demand generation, events, executive engagements and partner-led programmes
  • Partnering closely with Sales leaders and account teams to understand target accounts, key opportunities and pipeline gaps
  • Leading customer events, trade shows, executive roundtables and engagement programmes
  • Coordinating Digital, Content, Product Marketing, PR, Partner Marketing and Customer Advocacy teams
  • Developing joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners to expand reach and support co-selling opportunities
  • Measuring programme performance, ROI and marketing KPIs to optimise future activity
  • Managing multiple stakeholders, agencies and vendors to ensure activity is delivered on time, on budget and on brand

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years' experience within field marketing, demand generation or a related B2B marketing discipline
  • Strong experience within enterprise technology or SaaS
  • Proven success delivering marketing programmes that influence pipeline and revenue
  • Experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales teams and Sales leadership
  • Strong knowledge of ABM, demand generation, events and executive engagement
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on, from planning through to execution

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Field Marketing professional looking for a 12-month remote contract with genuine ownership of strategy, execution and commercial outcomes across the UKI market.
