This role owns regional field marketing strategy and associated pipeline targets, translating global priorities into locally relevant, scalable programs that directly support revenue objectives.
You are an experienced strategic partner to regional sales leadership, responsible for shaping integrated inbound and outbound marketing programs, influencing go-to-market plans, and optimizing investment based on performance insights. With a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and buyer behavior, you will proactively identify growth opportunities, guide program prioritization, and continuously refine field marketing approaches through data-driven analysis. This role also serves as a key connector between global marketing, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and measurable business impact.
What you will be doing

-
Event Strategy and Management: Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact regional and multi-market events—including conferences, trade shows, executive programs, webinars, and roadshows—ensuring clear objectives, strong sales alignment, and measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue.
-
Campaign Localization and Optimization: Serve as the regional expert in adapting and scaling global campaigns, ensuring they are localized effectively to meet market needs, resonate with target audiences, and deliver consistent brand messaging while maximizing performance.
-
Demand Generation and Funnel Ownership: Design, execute, and optimize comprehensive demand generation and lead nurturing programs across the full buyer journey, partnering with sales to influence pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
-
Sales Partnership and Stakeholder Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, collaborating on go-to-market planning, account-based initiatives, and territory priorities to improve lead quality, sales enablement, and overall marketing impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
