Senior Field Marketing Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager based in United Kingdom.
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will lead regional marketing strategy and execution across a high-growth European market, with a strong focus on pipeline generation and new-logo acquisition. You will partner closely with sales leadership and go-to-market teams to translate ambitious growth objectives into integrated, measurable marketing programs. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution across enterprise accounts, verticals, and targeted use cases. You will develop multi-touch programs designed to increase brand awareness, deepen engagement, and generate qualified pipeline. You will also manage a Field Marketing Specialist, helping build a high-performing regional marketing function. Working across regional and global teams, you will use data, market insights, and campaign performance to continuously refine the go-to-market approach. This is a remote role with regular collaboration and approximately 30% travel across the region and internationally.
Accountabilities
- Partner with regional sales leadership and senior field marketing stakeholders to develop and execute a strategic go-to-market approach focused on regional growth, pipeline generation, and new-customer acquisition.
- Build and deliver an integrated regional marketing plan aligned with sales priorities, business objectives, target accounts, and measurable pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies or vendors to bring regional go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Own day-to-day delivery of the regional marketing plan, ensuring campaigns and programs achieve agreed performance metrics.
- Manage, coach, and support the Field Marketing Specialist, providing direction, feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
- Continuously review and refine go-to-market tactics based on campaign performance, audience engagement, account penetration, and changing market conditions.
- Develop targeted account-based marketing programs, including 1 and 1:1 initiatives and deal-acceleration campaigns, designed for enterprise audiences.
- Partner with pan-regional program teams to develop vertical- and use-case-led campaigns that provide sales teams with relevant programs and tools to accelerate opportunities.
- Work closely with Account Executives and sales teams to ensure marketing programs support priority accounts and commercial objectives.
- Analyse campaign results and provide clear recommendations on successes, challenges, optimisation opportunities, and next steps.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews, presenting marketing performance, pipeline impact, key learnings, and future strategies to leadership.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and procurement processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, responsible spending, compliance, and clear accountability.
- Build strong relationships across marketing, sales, and go-to-market functions to ensure effective collaboration and consistent execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a Senior Field Marketing or comparable regional marketing role.
- Previous experience in the IT, technology, cybersecurity, or B2B SaaS sector is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated field marketing and go-to-market programs focused on pipeline generation and commercial growth.
- Strong understanding of modern digital marketing technologies, techniques, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
- Experience working with marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.
- Experience with enterprise marketing, account-based marketing, demand generation, or sales-aligned programs is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, and external partner organisations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present campaign performance and strategic recommendations clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
- Commercially minded and comfortable connecting marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, account engagement, and business outcomes.
- Highly proactive and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative and positive approach, with the flexibility to work effectively across regional, pan-European, and global teams.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%, primarily within the region with occasional travel elsewhere in Europe or to the United States.
