At Verda, we're building a fully featured European AI cloud

Covering everything needed to train, experiment with, and deploy AI models at scale, we are a full-stack AI infrastructure company. Our systems handle design, operation, and optimization of compute powering modern AI workloads spanning training and inference. And here’s a key detail: our infrastructure runs on 100% renewable energy, aiming to foster a more sustainable AI ecosystem.

Join us while it’s still being built—not after it’s complete.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Field Marketer to lead the EMEA go-to-market strategy end-to-end, from high-level planning to execution. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role, where you’ll:

  • Define the regional marketing strategy for pipeline generation, in-market presence, and customer engagement.
  • Align marketing efforts directly with revenue priorities.

You’ll collaborate closely with EMEA sales leadership—co-owning account priorities, co-designing go-to-market plans, and driving data-backed marketing investment decisions. Your scope is complete: managing executive engagement programs, field events, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, and partner marketing, all synchronised in a regional calendar linked solidly to pipeline outcomes.

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity. As one of the first dedicated field marketers in EMEA at a fast-growing, rapidly evolving company, you’ll craft how marketing operates across the region. Expect execution responsibility, not just oversight, alongside accountability for results that matter.

What You Will Do

Strategic Revival and Ownership

  • Define and own the EMEA field marketing strategy, spanning pipeline generation, in-market prescence, and target customer engagement. Align this with Verda’s revenue priorities.

Regional Campaign Orchestration

  • Build and execute an integrated and cohesive regional marketing calendar, covering:
    • Field events (executive roundtables, roadshows, conferences, webinars)
    • Executive engagement programs
    • ABM initiatives
    • Demand generation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Account-Based Momentum

  • Execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs targeting EMEA’s priority accounts.
  • Partner with EMEA sales on account selection and activation of personalised, multi-channel programs—tailored to specific buying groups.
