Who we are

Employment Hero is on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone around the world. Our Employment Operating System brings hiring, HR, payroll and benefits into an all-in-one solution.

Since launching in 2014, we've grown from startup to global scale, reaching a valuation of over $2 billion and building a presence across six countries, with even more growth ahead. We now serve over 350,000 SMEs, pay more than 3 million employees, and support a growing pool of job seekers finding their next role through our platform.

The EH Way

At Employment Hero, we’re proud of our unique DNA, which we call The EH Way.

  • We are Mission First - Our Mission determines what we work on, where we invest, and where we focus. Every decision runs through a single filter: does this accelerate our Mission?
  • We are Remote First - we champion a remote environment with a preference for asynchronous communication and a high degree of autonomy
  • We are AI First - we are committed to using AI to accelerate our mission; AI is not just a tool, it’s a fundamental part of how we operate, innovate, and scale
  • We Live by Our Values - we role model our values 100% of the time
  • We Expect High Performance - we set a high standard and we’re not satisfied with being average.

This role

We’re looking for a commercially-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our UK field marketing strategy across events, partner activations, and targeted outbound campaigns. This is not an event execution role. It is a revenue-generating marketing role responsible for designing and delivering field programmes that create pipelines, accelerate deals, and drive measurable ROI across our core and mid-market segments.

You will work in close partnership with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure every field activity—whether a roundtable, tradeshow, partner campaign, or direct mail drop—is tightly aligned to commercial outcomes.

Your key focus areas will be

  • Field Marketing Strategy & Pipeline Ownership

    • Own the UK field marketing plan aligned to revenue targets across core and mid-market segments
    • Build integrated field campaigns that combine events, partner activity, ABM, and outbound support
    • Define clear pipeline targets and ROI expectations for all field programmes
    • Prioritise activity based on commercial impact, not volume or brand exposure.
  • Events (End-to-End Commercial Ownership)

    • Own the full lifecycle of events across:
      • Tradeshows and exhibitions
      • Conferences and sponsored events
      • Owned events (roundtables, dinners, VIP experiences)
      • Webinars and hybrid experiences.
    • Critically:
      • Define success metrics upfront (pipeline, SQLs, revenue influence)
      • Work with Sales on target account selection and attendee strategy
      • Ensure strong pre-event activation (outreach, booking meetings, partner alignment)
      • Drive high-impact engagement on the day (not passive attendance)
      • Own post-event follow-up strategy (sales enablement, nurture, conversion tracking).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
