Senior Field Marketing Manager - UKI
London EC2 | Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home
Contract to 30 November 2027
We are recruiting a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join a leading global enterprise technology business, taking ownership of field marketing across key UK & Ireland industry sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Transportation and Manufacturing.
This is a senior, commercially focused B2B field marketing role for someone who understands how to turn sales priorities and target-account strategies into integrated marketing programmes that create demand, generate pipeline and accelerate enterprise opportunities.
You will act as the primary marketing partner to senior Sales and account teams, owning the field marketing strategy and bringing together ABM, demand generation, digital, content, events, executive engagement and partner marketing.
What you'll be doing
- Own the UKI field marketing strategy and execution across priority industry segments and enterprise accounts.
- Develop integrated demand generation, ABM and pipeline marketing programmes aligned to Sales priorities, account plans and revenue objectives.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and enterprise account teams, identifying pipeline gaps and determining where marketing can have the greatest commercial impact.
- Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programmes across strategic and priority accounts.
- Lead integrated campaigns across field, digital, content, events, PR, customer advocacy and partner marketing.
- Own high-impact field events, executive roundtables, trade shows and customer engagement programmes, from strategy and positioning through execution and follow-up.
- Develop joint campaigns with strategic partners to support co-selling, account engagement and pipeline generation.
- Manage field marketing budgets and external agencies/vendors, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively and against commercial priorities.
- Measure pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, campaign performance, ROI and revenue impact, using data to optimise future investment.
- Act as the central marketing lead for the market, coordinating multiple internal teams around a clear and consistent GTM strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
