Job Description
As Senior Field Marketing Specialist, you will help shape and deliver integrated marketing programmes across EMEA that strengthen Endava’s brand, engage clients and support commercial growth.
Working closely with Sales, Industry Advisors, Client Partners, Partnerships and the wider global Marketing team, you will turn business priorities into targeted campaigns, account-based marketing programmes, events and client experiences that generate demand and contribute to pipeline.
This is a varied, commercially focused role for a strategic marketer who also enjoys getting involved in delivery. You will work across different industries and markets, adapting global initiatives for regional audiences while maintaining a consistent Endava brand experience.
What you’ll do
- Develop and deliver regional field marketing plans aligned with Endava’s commercial priorities and growth objectives.
- Create integrated campaigns combining digital marketing, content, events, account-based marketing and partner activity.
- Work with Sales and Industry leaders to identify target accounts, market opportunities and campaign priorities.
- Adapt global marketing programmes for regional market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Act as a trusted marketing partner to Sales, supporting lead quality, engagement and progression through the funnel.
- Support the development and activation of Endava’s account-based marketing approach across one-to-one, one-to-few and one-to-many programmes.
- Coordinate target account selection, personalised content and activation plans with global and regional teams.
- Support the delivery of global, regional, partner and industry events, including roundtables and C-suite experiences.
- Lead the strategy and execution of regional events, ensuring they deliver a high-quality and commercially relevant client experience.
- Help build a strong pipeline of client stories, thought leadership and PR opportunities in partnership with Regional Communications and content teams.
- Support client advocacy initiatives, including client-hosted panels, industry speakers and externally published transformation stories.
- Work with the global Social Media team to develop local content and increase relevant amplification through regional Sales teams.
- Partner with business development resources and agencies to monitor lead quality, support follow-up and maximise return on investment.
- Track and report campaign performance, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generated and influenced, conversion, engagement and event ROI.
- Manage field marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers and venues, ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and in line with procurement requirements.
- Share regional insight and best practice across the global Marketing community, including approaches to AI-enabled marketing and curated client experiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
