Senior Finance & Admin Manager
We are working with an East London-based international retail design and production business to find an experienced Senior Finance & Admin Manager to lead its UK Finance & Admin function.
Fluent English and Spanish are essential for this role.
This is a hands-on senior position with responsibility for:
- Monthly management reporting
- Month-end close
- Cash flow
- AR
- Banking
- Intercompany transactions
- Internal controls and governance
You’ll lead a small Finance & Admin team, working closely with the company’s Spanish offices and external accountants. You’ll also play a key role in improving processes, strengthening controls and supporting the continued growth of the UK business.

You will need:
- 8–10 years’ experience in finance, accounting or financial control
- Proven experience owning month-end close and management reporting
- Experience managing or supervising a finance/admin team
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, AR, AP, cash management and reconciliations
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A commercially minded, hands-on approach
- Knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102
- Fluent English and Spanish
