Job Description

What is it all about?

Visa is looking for a Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst to join the Visa Europe’s Revenue Operations Team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support key regulatory project workstreams from planning through implementation, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined and tracked.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and other relevant teams to drive alignment and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Perform ongoing reviews of billing systems, processes, and controls through the interpretation of historical financial, operational, and transactional data to mitigate the risks of potential billing errors.
  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation, business requirements, procedures, and supporting materials.
  • Work closely with Global teams in aligning review methodology, providing feedback, and tracking actions to ensure that the Global model works for Visa Europe.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy of data submitted by our clients.
  • Evaluate exceptions, identify trends, and summarize findings across clients and products.
  • Identify low-value operational processes and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity of the overall revenue process.
  • Participate or lead projects by proposing system design and functionality changes to achieve business objectives.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Visa requires at least 3 days in the office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

What we're after...

  • Understanding of financial and operational controls in a high-volume reporting environment, with high reliance on IT systems, automated and manual controls.
  • Inquisitive and possess natural curiosity to challenge current practices.
  • Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people, and technology challenges to identify issues and opportunities towards improving client submissions and internal reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in participating in standardization and continuous improvement of existing processes and controls to achieve successful end-to-end reporting approach.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate concisely and persuasively across regional and/or functional lines.
  • Advanced Excel and experience in using databases and/or Business Intelligence software (ideally Power BI).
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness.
