The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and analytically minded individual to join our FP&A team.

This role will play an important part in strengthening management reporting, delivering clear commercial insights, and supporting planning processes across the business. Working closely with the Senior FP&A Manager and stakeholders across Product, Operations and Leadership, you will help improve how financial and operational performance is understood and communicated.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and contributing to scalable reporting and planning processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce and continuously elevate:

    • Weekly flash reports
    • Monthly trading packs
    • KPI reporting
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their data needs, translating financial and operational metrics into concise narratives that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Support the preparation of high-impact presentations for leadership, board members, and investors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
