THE ROLE
As a Senior Finance Analyst - Retail & Operations, you will report directly into the Finance Manager – Retail & Operations. You will act as a key strategic partner to retail and operations leadership, using your extensive retail finance expertise and advanced modelling capabilities to drive commercial strategy, profitability, and cost optimisation across the business. You will lead the preparation and presentation of high-level weekly and monthly performance insights for Retail Management, Sourcing Leaders, Departmental Directors, and the Executive Team.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Lead the end-to-end production and interpretation of global sales & KPI reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) for senior leadership
- Partner with District Managers and Heads of Retail to deliver strategic commercial insights, identify performance drivers, and serve as the primary finance lead for global retail operations
- Manage performance tracking frameworks and financial metrics for global store incentive programs
- Evaluate store P&Ls, sales per square foot, and ROI modeling to drive store feasibility studies, portfolio optimizations, and property lease negotiations
- Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the retail organisation, continuously upgrading financial models to support executive decision-making
- Maintain complete oversight of store wage budgeting and tracking, delivering strategic variance analysis and identifying labor efficiency opportunities
- Lead ad-hoc cross-functional financial projects and provide strategic analytical support to executive stakeholders
- Excellent exposure to the business, learning in a fast-paced environment

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?
- Proven track record in retail commercial finance or operations analysis
- Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities with strong expertise in handling complex financial datasets
- Exposure to Netsuite or similar financial reporting platform
- Strong analytical mindset with proven commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving skills
- Provide creative solutions to get information out of large data sets
- A meticulous eye for detail with an innate ability to organize
- Always taking that ‘extra step’ to tackle a problem
- Independent proactive approach to working with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
