Senior Finance Analyst (15-Month FTC)

£60,000 - £70,000
Marylebone, London | Hybrid (4 days in the office)

We're partnering with a VC-backed, multi-site hospitality scale-up looking to appoint a commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst to join its growing finance team on a 15-month fixed-term contract.

This is a true 360° commercial finance role, offering exposure across financial modelling, data analysis, forecasting, business partnering, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with a high-calibre finance leadership team, you'll play a key role in providing commercial insight that helps drive the next phase of the business's growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining financial models to support commercial decision-making.
  • Delivering budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the business.
  • Analysing large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Business partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve performance.
  • Producing insightful management information and performance reporting for senior leadership.
  • Supporting strategic projects, investment decisions, and commercial initiatives.
  • Driving process improvements, automation, and continuous enhancements across reporting and analysis.

What we're looking for:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
  • Previous experience in a Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A, or Commercial Finance role.
  • Strong financial modelling, Excel, and data manipulation skills.
  • Experience within a multi-site or multi-entity environment, ideally hospitality, retail, consumer, or another fast-paced business.
  • Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insight.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, investor-backed environment.
