Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll support financial reporting, regulatory submissions, and control activities to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Your role will focus on preparing management reports, analysing financial data, performing reconciliations, and supporting regulatory, statutory, and tax reporting requirements.

Description
- Prepare and deliver Head Office reports, management information, and supporting schedules.
- Analyse financial data and investigate variances, exceptions, and accounting movements.
- Support budget reporting and perform variance analysis against forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist with responses to Head Office, regulatory, and audit requests.
- Support regulatory, statutory, and tax reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting standards.
- Contribute to process improvements, testing activities, and reporting enhancements.

Profile
A successful Senior Finance Analyst should have:
- Up to 4 years' experience within finance, accounting, or banking environments.
- Experience preparing regulatory reporting, statutory accounts, or tax-related information.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reconciliations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Studying towards an accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA), with strong attention to detail.

Job Offer
- Permanent position in London.
- Salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
