An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing hospitality group with a diverse portfolio of venues across the UK. With ambitious expansion plans and a highly commercial leadership team, the business is seeking a qualified Senior Finance Analyst to play a key role in driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making.
This is a highly visible position, offering exposure to senior stakeholders across finance and operations, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their commercial finance career within a dynamic consumer-facing environment. You must have Hospitality industry experience to be considered for this role!
Your New Role
You will be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis to support business performance across the group. You will work closely with operational and senior leadership teams, providing key reporting and recommendations to drive profitability and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Producing weekly and monthly trading and performance analysis
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Developing financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic projects
- Analysing revenue, labour, and cost trends across multiple sites
- Delivering commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Partnering with operational teams to understand key drivers of performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance decision-making
What You'll Need to Succeed
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Hospitality industry experience, ideally multi-site
- Proven financial analysis & modelling experience
- Business partnering experience
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-rich environment
