An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation. Reporting into senior finance leadership, this position will play a pivotal role in providing robust financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insight to support key business decisions.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong business partnering skills, exceptional analytical capability, and the ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful recommendations for senior stakeholders. You will work across multiple functions, influencing decision-making and driving financial performance throughout the organisation.

Essential Requirements

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Degree educated in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or a similar analytical finance role.
  • Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Strong experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
