Senior Finance Analyst – Process & Transformation
Location: London | Hybrid
Salary: £55k + benefits
Sector: multi-site hospitality
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys transformation, process improvement, financial modelling, and business partnering - rather than simply reporting the numbers. You’ll play a key role in improving planning and reporting processes, supporting strategic projects, and helping the wider business make better, data-led decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Building financial models and tools to support planning and decision-making
- Driving process improvements across areas such as sales and labour planning
- Supporting transformation projects from concept through to delivery
- Developing business cases and tracking benefits against plan
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Providing insightful variance analysis and performance reporting
- Working with BI/data teams to improve reporting and data quality
- Partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations teams
- Challenging assumptions and translating complex data into clear commercial insights

Candidate Profile:

- Strong FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience supporting or delivering business change/transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A commercially curious, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly
Desirable:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA progress
- Power BI/BI experience
- Process automation or systems implementation experience
