Senior Finance Assistant

A Senior Finance Assistant is required to join a leading IT Consulting and Managed Services Provider operating within a fast-paced and growing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys being close to the detail and wants the autonomy to take genuine ownership of day-to-day financial operations.

Rather than simply supporting individual areas of finance, you will play a key role across the full transactional finance cycle, with responsibility spanning accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, expenses, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and month-end.

This is a hands-on position that will see you take ownership across the day-to-day finance function, including full management of AR, AP, and invoice processing. You will manage key transactional accounting activities, support month-end, and help maintain strong financial controls within a growing, international business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
