An exciting opportunity to join the Finance Team of an international entertainment company on a 12-month FTC maternity cover. Working as part of a small, close-knit team during a period of system and process development, the role will report to the Finance Manager and have a strong focus on purchase ledger, banking and royalties, alongside broader month-end and finance support.

Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices, staff expenses, and credit cards
  • Raise payments and manage weekly bank reconciliations
  • Produce weekly cash reporting internally and monthly reporting to France
  • Raise sales and royalty receivable invoices
  • Prepare monthly aged debtor reports
  • Assist with development reporting and month-end close
  • Post journals and complete ledger tasks accurately and on time

Requirements:

  • Previous royalties reporting experience / entertainment finance experience
  • Strong MS Office / Excel skills; Sun Systems knowledge advantageous
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Studying towards or completed AAT, ACCA or CIMA
  • Comfortable working in a small, hands-on finance team with exposure across different areas of the function
