An exciting opportunity to join the Finance Team of an international entertainment company on a 12-month FTC maternity cover. Working as part of a small, close-knit team during a period of system and process development, the role will report to the Finance Manager and have a strong focus on purchase ledger, banking and royalties, alongside broader month-end and finance support.
Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, staff expenses, and credit cards
- Raise payments and manage weekly bank reconciliations
- Produce weekly cash reporting internally and monthly reporting to France
- Raise sales and royalty receivable invoices
- Prepare monthly aged debtor reports
- Assist with development reporting and month-end close
- Post journals and complete ledger tasks accurately and on time

Requirements:
- Previous royalties reporting experience / entertainment finance experience
- Strong MS Office / Excel skills; Sun Systems knowledge advantageous
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Studying towards or completed AAT, ACCA or CIMA
- Comfortable working in a small, hands-on finance team with exposure across different areas of the function
