Are you an experienced Finance Assistant with a hospitality background, looking for a new and exciting challenge?
This minimum 9 months, fixed term maternity position, could be just what you are looking for. Are you comfortable multi-tasking and enjoy working at a fast pace, then we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities of a Senior Finance Assistant include:
- Invoice processing
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- General office administration
- Daily income audit to company standard
- Processing petty cash requests
- Assist in the preparation of month end accounts
- Assist the Financial Controller in reconciling specific balance sheet accounts
- Assist the Financial Controller with all payroll procedures
What are we looking for:
- Previous experience in a finance or admin role
- Experience of Opera/similar is advantageous
- Experience of Word, Excel, Email
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- A self-motivated individual who has the ability to work using initiative and as part of a team
- The ability to work to a high standard, while managing a busy workload
- The ability to work accurately under pressure

Key Information:
Role: Senior Finance Assistant
Working hours: 40 hours, typically Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: £28,620.80
