Senior Finance Business Partner | Hybrid (3 days in office) | December/ January start
This is an exciting commercial finance role in an iconic FTSE 100 business, in a fast-paced industry which offers hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
It's paying £75- 80k + bonus and with excellent benefits.
It would suit a qualified accountant who has a minimum 3 years experience in a commercial focused finance role, with previous experience in a commercial finance role.
You will need full working rights for this role or have a minimum of 2 years remaining on a working visa - this company will not offer sponsorship for this role.

Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the senior finance representative within operational leadership teams, shaping commercial performance and outcomes
- Advise on opportunities to improve profitability, manage costs and grow revenue
- Partner closely with the business to influence commercial decisions aligned to strategic priorities
- Create business cases for investment decisions
- Lead the end-to-end planning cycle, including budgets, forecasts and long-term financial outlooks
- Translate financial data and insights into clear recommendations that support effective decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders to agree actions that deliver strategy, offering constructive challenge where needed
- Drive initiatives to reduce supplier costs and support commercial negotiations and contract renewals

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified
- 3 years experience in a commercial finance role, working in close partnership with senior stakeholders and operational leaders.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
